VEHICULAR MOUNT SIMULATOR-ANALYZER.

Abstract

An investigation has been conducted of the feasibility of using a hydraulic servomechanism to simulate the characteristic of a spring. The response of a displacement feedback servo system to a disturbance at its mechanical output point is determined analytically, and it is shown that the characteristic of a linear spring is defined. Experimental results confirm the theoretical analysis within the limits of practical components. Modification of servovalve gain characteristic is necessary to improve usable linear range. (Author)
