AN/FPS-85 SPACE TRACK RADAR.
Abstract
The volume presents the programming techniques and computer program specifications which summarize the entire design analysis phase for the system computer. The results are presented in three sections. The first section, System Programming Organization, describes the programming techniques used in developing the operational computer programs. Topics included in that section discuss the structure of programs and storage, the programming language to be used, and the interface between the executive control program and the data handling programs. The second section, Monitor Program Specifications, exhibits the precise nature of the Monitor or executive control system. A portion of that section describes the operation of the Priority Scheduler, a critical part of the system which is the control center of the entire multiprogram system. (Author)
