AXIALLY EXTENDED INTERACTION AREA INVERTED COAXIAL MAGNETRON

Abstract

The report describes the areas of endeavor and results obtained on a twelve month feasibility effort directed toward high power generation at millimeter wave frequencies. Axially extended interaction in an ICEM coaxial magnetron was the means employed toward attaining this goal. The work was performed at 35 Gc.
