RECORDER OF PRESSURE PULSATIONS AND THEIR FREQUENCIES IN LIQUID AND GAS FLOWS,

Abstract

The recorder of pressure pulsations and their frequencies in liquid and gas flows, equipped with connecting tubes and two measuring lines linked through a differential manometer, is different in that to measure the time-averaged value of pulsations or their frequencies and to simplify the design, a hydrodynamic element was placed in every measuring line in the form of a parabolic horn, having a different discharge rate depending on the direction of liquid overflow, and both elements are oriented differently to the flow.
