MICROMETEOROLOGICAL RESEARCH PROGRAM.
Abstract
The objective is to conduct studies dealing with the physical processes involved in the exchange of energy between the atmosphere and the earth's surface. Through such basic research, knowledge of atmospheric processes will increase and the increased knowledge will contribute to advancing the state-of-the-art in meteorological predictions of interest to the Army. This report summarizes progress in the research program during the calendar year 1963. Significant results are reported in each phase of the research effort. (Author)
