DESIGN, FABRICATION AND TESTING OF VENTED, RECHARGEABLE SILVER-CADMIUM CELLS.
Abstract
The design, fabrication, and testing of vented, rechargeable silver-cadmium cells with ampere-hour capacities of 4.6, 9.0, 15.0, 22.0, 39.0, and 69.0, is discussed. Cells type 1 to 6 were re-designed and testing was performed to determine the effect of discharge on the cell terminal. A limiting discharge rate was recommended.
