A STUDY OF EXTREMELY-LOW-FREQUENCY WAVE MOTIONS.
Abstract
This report continues and extends the work of Scientific Report No. 1 (AD-408 099), dated 30 April 1963, in which the behavior of a model ionospheric plasma is studied in the extralow-frequency limit, and from several points of view. The normal and anomalous Cerenkov-like effects there derived are considered further, and improvements in the theoretical formulation of plasma problems are considered. (Author)
