THE IMPACT OF URBAN RENEWAL ON LAND-USE.

Abstract

It was concluded that urban renewal does change substantially the proportions of land devoted to different uses in project areas. The most significant over-all changes were those leading to reduced residential population densities and increased areas for industrial development and public purposes. (Author)
