Abstract
Reports reviewing Soviet developments in selected problems in astrophysics and geophysics are presented. Topics covered are as follows: Ionospheric electron concentrations, solar radiation and the ionosphere, Van Allen belts and cosmic rays, telluric currents, atmospheric electricity, nuclear bursts in the atmosphere, satellite and missile data, and, meteorology of the upper atmosphere.
