ADVANCED SYSTEMS TESTING ON A MANNED ORBITAL SPACE STATION.

Abstract

Consideration is given to the cost of space-station testing and procedures for estimating these costs with direct reference to testing an electrical propulsion system. The advantages of manned-space-station tests,as compared with conventional flight tests, are pointed out.
