PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE: TRANSISTOR (WX-4001), LOGIC GATE (WM-201), FLIP-FLOP (WM-202), AC BINARY (WM-213).

Abstract

Research was conducted to improve production techniques to increase the reliability of the WX-4001 transistor, WM-201 logic gate, WM-202 flip-flop, and WM-213 ac binary. A systematic plan was initiated to improve the following processes: diffusion, photochemistry, assembly, encapsulation, and design.
