SHELTER EQUIPMENT PLANNING GUIDELINES

Abstract

The objective of the study is to establish a series of guidelines for community shelter equipment and supply planning. Specifically, the study was designed to determine the type of equipment and supplies which are necessary for human survival within the protective area of a community fallout shelter and the manner in which the equipment and supplies should be maintained before and during shelter occupancy.
