This report includes data on the following: (1) simulation of periodic in-service annealing of pressure vessel steels for embrittlement relief, (2) surveillance of radiation embrittlement in Army SM-1A Reactor, and (3) equipment for inreactor studies of low cycle fatigue performance of steels.
