DEVICE FOR MEASURING THE SIZE SPECTRUM OF SPHERICAL PARTICLES AND FOG DROPLETS

Abstract

A laboratory device is described for measuring the size spectrum of spherical particles of powder (plane models of sol) and water droplets (droplets in a thin oil film, and a steam fog in a cloud chamber and investigate possible sources of error and means of reducing them.
