HIGH POWER BEAM-PLASMA AMPLIFIER

Abstract

Efficiency predictions obtained from the large signal computer theory are given. A Langmuir probe plasma mapping vehicle is described and results given. A coupling experiment showing 20 db of coupling enhancement due to the plasma is disucssed and the design of a second amplifier tube presented.
