DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS AND TECHNIQUES FOR INVESTIGATION IN THE VACUUM ULTRAVIOLET AND RESEARCH IN THE REGION OF RADIATION.

Abstract

Gratings for grazing incidence were ruled and tested. Two spectrometers, one for normal incidence and the other for grazing incidence, were designed and built. The instruments cover the range from 2000 to 20 Angstrom units. Several types of light sources intended for use in projected UV studies were also developed.
