CONCERNING THE METHODOLOGY OF EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE TOTAL KINETICS OF COMBUSTION OF GASES,

Abstract

The suggested methodology is based on the rapid mixing of a gas mixture with the products of combustion during the creation of a sufficiently uniform field of temperatures and concentrations and almost isothermal conditions of transformation. An experimental check on a sample of carbon monoxide in the temperature interval 1000-1250C showed conformity with reliable literary data. (Author)
