SOLID-STATE MICROWAVE TR-ATR SWITCH PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURES PROGRAM.
Abstract
The results of preproduction testing on ten dual TR switches are reported. Two units were life tested for 1000 hours with satisfactory performance. Test data on a typical single TR switch are presented. These tests indicate that the applicable specification can be met. (Author)
