ANALYSIS OF HIGH-MELTING COMPOUNDS,
Abstract
A summary is given of data obtained from the world literature and by original researches concerning the properties of refractory compounds and methods for their analysis. Attention is given to the borides, carbides, nitrides, silicides, phosphides, and sulfides of refractory and rare-earth metals, and to the carbides and nitrides of boron and silicon.
