PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SILICON MONOXIDE CAPACITORS MICROELEMENT.
Abstract
Good 560 pfd. capacitors were made on glazed, metallized microelement alumina wafers. The wafers were glazed after metallizing but prior to deposition, using a glass tape that can be cut to any size or shape and that is fired onto the alumina without damage to the metallized areas. These capacitors can be further improved after fabrication by heat-treating in air. (Author)
