THE MAGNETO-IONIC THEORY FOR 'MASSANISOTROPIC' ELECTRONS,

Abstract

The purpose of the present investigation is to develop the magneto-ionic theory for 'mass-anisotropic' electrons, assuming a general tensor form of the effective mass. Since collisional phenomena in solid materials play an important role such effects are considered by formally introducing an effective collision frequency. (Author)
