Abstract
This portion of the Component Survey will interpret and evaluate the consequences to an Aerospace Guidance System, more specifically to the Aerospace Digital Computer portion of such, of the topological and morphological features of components, circuits and subsystems constructed using new semiconductors and thin film developments and of the speed and power consequences to these systems of the circuit parasitics, fabrication tolerances and drift characteristics associated with bulk semiconductor and thin film elements and circuits.
