METHOD OF OBTAINING VACUUM-TIGHT ENCLOSING MISMATCHED SOLDERED JOININGS OF METAL WITH CERAMIC MATERIAL,

Abstract

The proposed method consists in that in the area of the joining there is created a strained state of compression by increasing the thickness of the wall of a metallic cylinder or the formation of an extended end of the metallic cylinder beyond the plane of the face of the ceramic part. Such a method increases the thermal and mechanical firmness of the joining as against breakdown under the action of inner extending stresses.
