ADDITIVE FUNCTIONALS.

Abstract

In certain applications it is necessary to consider additive functionals which are not linear. The problem of representing such functionals in terms of linear functionals can best be considered by obtaining the analog of the Riesz theorem and it is this which is the principal result of this note. The proof is essentially different from that utilized for the linear case.
