APPLICATION OF LIMIT-CYCLE AND PARAMETERPERTURBATION ADAPTIVE TECHNIQUES TO CONTROL OF THE FLEXIBLE SUPERSONIC TRANSPORT.

Abstract

The parameter-perturbation study stresses the design of a suitable gain changer, while the limit-cycle study stresses controller design. Areas of investigation include: the effects of elasticity and sensor blending techniques; the design of a low-frequency limit-cycle system; a parameter-perturbation adaptive control system; and a normal-acceleration control system.
