AN EXTENSION OF THE BROWN-ROBINSON ITERATIVE PROCESS FOR FINDING THE VALUE OF A GAME,

Abstract

Brown conjectured, and Robinson proved the validity of an iterative process for finding the value of a finite zero-sum two-person game. It is the purpose of this paper to show that the corresponding process is valid for zero-sum two-person games with continuous payoffs, played over the direct product of arbitrary compact spaces.
