NUCLEAR EFFECTS PREDICTION TECHNIQUES FOR TELEMETRY.

Abstract

A literature survey was performed to study various nuclear effects prediction techniques. Circuit equations and a mathematical model were developed which are used to predict the response of a simple circuit during and after irradiation when exposed to nuclear radiation. If desired, a digital computer may be used as an aid in solutions. The approach uses circuital analysis rather than component analysis. An experimental program is outlined which is intended to verify the prediction techniques involved. (Author)
