INVESTIGATION OF THE DISSOCIATION CHEMISTRY OF-NF2 COMPOUNDS.

Abstract

The work was a continuation of the search for the electronic-absorption spectrum of the NF radical that is produced by flash photolysis of NF2 (See AD-439 527). A cell that heats the samples to 180C was constructed; however, the use of this has not solved the problem of excessive N2F4 absorption. Consideration was given to alternative approaches to the problem. (Author)
