COLD WATER ON SALT WATER

Abstract

The paper questions the necessity of salt water conversion in order to increase the fresh water supply. It is pointed out that, in the U. S. as a whole, there is no water shortage and that other methods are less expensive than salt water conversion for supplying areas low in water.
