THE RELATIONSHIPS AMONG THE NEEDS AND VALUES OF FLIGHT CANDIDATES.

Abstract

The relationships among the scales of the Survey of Interpersonal Values and the Edwards Personal Preference Schedule were determined and compared to those reported for a college sample. Also, mean scale scores for flight candidates and college males were compared. Both within and between instrument scale correlations were similar to those obtained for college students. Several differences between flight candidate and college male mean scale scores were found. (Author)
