SYSTEMS BEHAVIOR. I. THE LEARNING PROCESS,

Abstract

Behavioral changes that occurred during the air defense experiments are discussed. Evidence that learning took place in the experiments is based on the occurrence of behavioral changes which enabled the air defense crews to deal with the task environment more adequately.
