PROJECT RAND

Abstract

An analysis of the RAND corporation is presented. The development of the Air Force Research and Development program and its relationship with industry and science are described. The purpose of the program--scientific study and research on the broad subject of air warfare with the object of recommending to the Air Force preferred methods, techniques, and instrumentalities -- is discussed.
