DISARMAMENT FAILURE AND WEAPONS LIMITATIONS,

Abstract

The American goal of complete nuclear disarmament is discussed. The major American proposals in the field of nuclear disarmament and limitations since 1946 are reviewed, and the causes for the failure of these proposals are examined. A policy of limitations on the use of nuclear weapons is suggested.
