A DISPLAY TECHNIQUE FOR PLANNING,

Abstract

This paper describes a display technique which can be developed and used by teams of planners and decisionmakers when faced with the complexities of planning and developing large interacting systems. In particular, it is proposed that the contextual map will substantially assist decision-making in Air Force research and development, where decisions now have critical consequences for national security.
