CALIBRATION OF THE MERCURY STRAIN GAUGE,

Abstract

Two methods are described for precise and convenient calibration of mercury strain gauges used for the measurement of physiological functions. One method is best used in calibration for linear extension while the other is most useful in mercury strain gauge plethysmography. (Author)
