LITERATURE SURVEY OF ORTHOHYDROGEN AND PARAHYDROGEN RESEARCH,

Abstract

A survey of the technical literature pertaining to ortho hydrogen and parahydrogen is presented. The survey covers the literature from the prediction of the existence of the two forms of hydrogen in 1929 through October, 1963. The abstracts are presented in five categories: ortho to parahydrogen conversion, para to orthohydrogen conversion, theories and mechanisms relating to ortho-para and paraorthohydrogen conversion, properties of ortho and parahydrogen, and reviews and miscellaneous.
