EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS ON THE METHOD OF 'NEBENCHARAKTERISTIKEN'.

Abstract

Systems of hyperbolic partial differential equations in 2 or more space variables are integrated numerically by taking derivatives in 'characteristic hyperplanes'. Numerical results are presented and discussed. (Author)
