ACCELERATED WEATHERING OF PAINTS,

Abstract

The results of a literature search on accelerated weathering of paints for predicting the performance of coatings in atmospheric environments are presented and discussed. Present accelerated weathering tests probably would have only a limited usefulness in the prediction of performance of maintenance coatings. Suggestions for further investigations are presented.
