A REVIEW ON CLOSE SATELLITE THEORY.

Abstract

A review on close satellite theory is presented. A treatment is given on normal orbits in which case it is assumed that both the attracting and attracted masses are concentrated in points. Second, those factors are reviewed which deviate from these assumptions and their effect on the normal orbit. (Author)
