HIGH ALTITUDE PLUME SIMULATION.

Abstract

The project effort can be reduced to four major areas of consideration for accomplishment: (1) altitude (vacuum) facilities, (2) rocket engine, (3) radiometric instrumentation, and (4) system integration. This report considers each of the above four areas separately and delineates what progress has been made.
