THE PROPAGATION OF ERRORS OF TRIANGULATION FOR LENGTH AND ANGLE MEASURING METHODS,

Abstract

Formulas are given for the determination of the propagated errors in triangulations by length and angle measuring methods. The results are presented in diagrams. The two-dimensional problem is treated only. Conclusions are drawn concerning the most economical and most accurate triangulation method for full scale trajectory measurements. (Author)
