ON THE THEORY OF THE EQUATION OF DARBOUX AND TRICOMI

Abstract

The solution is given of two boundary value problems for the Darboux-Tricomi equation in the domain of the upper half-plane, adjoining a segment of the axis of abscissas. The solution is obtained by the method of a double layer; with several limitations removed, which in other works were put on the form of the boundary of the domain.
