DOMAIN WALL MOTION IN THIN NI-FE FILMS,

Abstract

The motion of domain walls in thin Ni-Fe films is described when the films are in a continuous field in the light direction with a superimposed alternating field in the hard direction. The experiments show that Bloch-NeelBloch wall transitions in films thicker than 900 A and Bloch line displacements in films thinner than 900 A are ossociated with the motion. (Author)
