EFFICIENCY OF LIGHT UTILIZATION IN ANTIMONYCESIUM PHOTOCATHODE FILMS,

Abstract

On the basis of the values of the optical constants and photoelectron escape depth calculated previously for Cs3SB, computations are presented for the light absorption in cathodes of various possible phototube systems, and conclusions are drawn as to their efficiency. The results of some of the calculations are verified experimentally.
