Abstract

This progress report covers the fields of Systems Analysis, Communications, and Optics and Infrared research. Included are articles on digital system design, estimation and control, data processing and systems design, modulation and detection theory, channel characterization, ruby laser research, flourescence of excited neodymium glass, and irradiation effects in alkaline earth fluorides.
