STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION OF STABLE FREQUENCY REFERENCES.

Abstract

The specification and measurement of characteristic imperfections of electronic oscillators that are sufficiently stable in frequency to be useful in accurate measurements of velocity by doppler techniques are presented. Mathematical relations between various properties of frequency-modulated waves are included.
