A PRACTICAL DETERMINATION OF LOGARITHMICAMPLITUDE TIME SPECTRUM UNDER ARBITRARY TURBULENCE,

Abstract

This report presents a method for calculating ththe time specttcctrum of the logarithmic-amplitude fluctuations of an electromagnetic wave propagating through a turbulent atmosphere, when the turbulence is a given function of position over the radiation path. (Author)
