System and Circuit Designs for the Tobermory Perceptron: Preliminary Report on Phase 1

Abstract

Tobermory, named after Saki's eavesdropping talking cat, is a general purpose pattern recognition machine roughly modelled on biological prototypes. Phase I, described in this report, consists of four-layer audio-perceptron. The circuits, their design and operation, are described.
