RADIATION OF PLASMA IN A MAGNETIC FIELD,

Abstract

The radiation of plasma and the associated spiraling of electrons in a uniform magnetic field is examined. The spectrum of radiation of a high speed electron moving in a magnetic field, is made up, as is known of discrete lines - harmonics. Keeping in mind the application to radioastronomy of the sun and the galaxies, consideration is given to the high harmonics of the spectrum.
