MATERIALS AND STRUCTURES. INORGANIC CHEMISTRY PROGRAM.

Abstract

Progress in the Inorganic Chemistry Program phase of Materials and Structures for 1 July through 31 December 1961 is described. The importance of inorganic chemistry, the acquisition and installation of equipment, the effects of high pressure on chemical reactions, the use of high pressure techniques for preparing new inorganic materials, and the growth and analysis of single crystals are discussed.
